We provide free delivery for orders which are 2,000 Pesos & above. For orders that are below 2,000 Pesos, there will be a delivery surcharge of 40 Pesos.

We will deliver to you within 1-3 working days upon processing your orders during non-promotion period and up to 7 working days during promotion period.

When we send the orders and there is no one around to receive, our drivers will leave behind a missed delivery slip at your door. If you have received the missed delivery slip, give us a call at +0919 006 34 35 or send an email to us at sales@pickyfarmph.com and we will work out a day when we can arrange a re-delivery to you!

Items can only be exchanged if there is a defect with the products or if we sent you a wrong item. For defective products, you can exchange your items with Picky Farm within 7 days from the delivery date as we will not be able to guarantee the quality for any period longer than that since we can’t confirm the storage condition on your end.

If you have placed a wrong order and would like to exchange it, you can email us and arrange to come down to our office at Cubao, Quezon City, Metro Manila, 0919 006 3435 to do the exchange within 3 working days of receipt of item.
