Cinnamon Powder 

The dried bark of the tree is used. There is a cork layer on the outer part of the shells and is grayish in color. Its smell is strong and special, its taste is sweet and bitter. It is a good additive in chocolate. It has antiseptic, appetizing, liver strengthening properties.
