Dry Shirataki Rice is known for being the perfect substitute for ordinary rice. Made from the root of the konjac plant, it is low in carbohydrate, low in calories and has high fiber content. Cooking Instructions: Microwave: Add 1 cup of water to 1 pack of dry shirataki rice. Microwave on high for 6-7 mins and leave covered for another 3-5 mins. Stove Top: Boil 1 cup of water in a non-stick heavy bottom pan and add 1 pack of dry shirataki rice.
