Hojicha Powder
The original Hojicha Powder is a versatile tea powder made from finely ground roasted green tea grown in Kyoto, Japan. Hojicha Powder is the easiest way to experience the naturally sweet taste and the pleasant aroma of Japanese roasted green tea.
Make the perfect hojicha latte by whisking together a teaspoon of Hojicha Powder and 60 ml of warm water. If desired, add a sweetener of your choice. Steam 180 ml of your preferred type of milk. Froth the heated milk, then pour over the ground hojicha mixture.
